Potted plants at McGuire's
Whether you'd like a whimsical handpainted mural, a small decorative accent or a subtle faux finish for your surroundings, contact me for a free over-the-phone estimate and we'll see what we can come up with together.  Anything I've painted throughout this site, as well as designs not shown, can be done on a larger or smaller scale to fit your needs.
Examples/ideas include:
*Picket fence garden or an under-the-sea theme in your child's bedroom
*Child's name on their wall, maybe some small hiding or flying "critters"
*Sprawling green ivy vines in your bathroom
*Rose vine lattice growing in your bedroom
*Potted plants, topiary or hanging birdcage in your hallway or foyer
*Fruit swag stretching across your kitchen
*A little bird's nest nestled above a doorway

Some jobs, with your help, may be able to be estimated over the phone.  Over the phone estimates are free.  If it's an intricate room you want decorated or a complex design you are wanting to have painted, an on-site job estimate may be required to get a better understanding of what you'd like and to give a better estimate of the job cost.  On-site estimates cost $35, and will include a black & white or colored sketching, if necessary, for you to "envision" the design(s) better.  This fee will be recovered in the job's final pricing should you decide to go ahead with the work.

After the design has been approved, the actual price of the project will be figured and given within a day or two.  Once approval is given to start the job, a date will be set to start the work and a deposit of half will be due before any work begins.  Final payment will be due upon completion of work.

Any major changes or additions, once project has begun, will incur additional charges based upon the degree of change or size of job requirements.  These additional charges will be reflected in the final payment due.

Please Note:  Throughout the work being done, photographs may be taken of the project area for "before, during and after" photos.  If you do not want any pictures to be taken, please let me know beforehand.  These are for my personal reference only but with permission I may use them here on my website.
Rose Border at Ms. Shirley's Cafe
The two "window paintings" here were actually done on the wall, not the glass panes.  Empty old window frames were put over the wall paintings.
These were my first two wall paintings, around 1997-98, both done at McGuire's Family Restaurant, (now Chipley's Restaurant) here in Pine Mountain, GA.

Vine wall border inside the former Chipley Sub Station in Pine Mountain, GA.  About 100 feet long, plus the large flower pot and moss, this vine took about 10 hours to complete, broken down over 2 evenings.  Click to see larger (straighter) view.

I gladly volunteered this project at an Oregon elementary school while visiting family.  It's painted with a faux finish sky background, freehanded picket fence, gate, florals and a birdhouse to hide the backside of wooden drawer cabinets in the main office where people would pass through daily.  Hopefully it's still making the kids smile as much as they were the 2 days I was there painting it!
This was done in a young girl's room with her nickname and butterflies painted over her bed area between two side windows.
Done on a couple's bathroom wall, over their bay window garden tub.
People normally say don't do business with family, but this one I couldn't resist!  I painted this in my cousin's house, putting her name and some blossom flowers over her kitchen sink area.

I absolutely loved and enjoyed doing this job!  The home owners wanted ivy branches coming out on the four walls of their foyer that "housed" a front door, hallway double doors (behind me while taking the above picture), a narrow closet door (above, not seen on my left), and a walk through area (seen above just to the right of the front door).  Near the job's end, we added berry colored trailing flowers to everything and white blossom flowers to the swags (above the 2 main doors).  An addition of a bird's nest was included above the closet door to add a little more color and interest as well as to break up the monotony of all the vine work.
